What privacy measures are taken for personalization?

We highly value your privacy. All personal data and photos are used exclusively for creating your book and are not shared with third parties. Data is securely stored upon completion. Specifically, the photos you upload to personalize your book are automatically deleted from our systems after 3 months. Personal data can be deleted earlier upon your request.

What happens to the photos I upload?

When you upload a photo, it is used by our AI software as the basis for personalizing the characters in your children's book and generating unique illustrations. The system analyzes the photo to convert features into your chosen illustration style. Your photos are used exclusively for creating your book and are treated with the utmost care.

When are the photos deleted?

Your photos are stored for 3 months so that you can still make adjustments to your book during this period. After this period, we delete all photos from our systems.

How long will my created book be kept?

Your created book is kept in your account for 3 months. After this 3-month period, we permanently delete the book from our servers. After deletion, you will no longer be able to view the book, re-download the eBook, or place a (re)order for a hardcover. Make sure to complete your orders within this time frame.
