When can I order a hardcover and have it delivered?

Once you have received the digital eBook and are satisfied with the result, you can order a hardcover book.

What does the printed children's book look like?

Our children's book is printed in a large A4 format and is made from high-quality paper. This ensures vibrant colors and a premium look, making the book perfect for reading over and over again.

Can I still change or cancel my order for a physical book?

Once your order is placed, it goes directly to the printing house. Due to the unique and personal nature of the book, we unfortunately cannot make any changes or accept cancellations after this point.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods such as iDeal, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. This allows you to always pay securely and easily with your preferred method.

Where is my order?

To check the status of your order, log in to your account and go to "Orders". Here you will see the current status of your order. Please note that it can sometimes take a little longer due to busy periods or logistical reasons.

Where can I find my VAT invoices?

You can find all of your invoices on the “Orders” page in your account. There is a link labelled “Bekijk facturen” that takes you to an overview page. On that page you can easily download the invoice for each order.
