Can I return my hardcover book or get a refund?
Because each hardcover book is unique and specially printed to order for you, it is not possible to return it or receive a refund for it. This also applies if there are errors (such as spelling mistakes or incorrect personalization details) in the book that were present in the digital eBook and were not corrected before you approved it for printing. We therefore strongly advise you to very carefully check the digital version (the eBook) for all texts, names, and illustrations before placing the order for the hardcover and agreeing to it.
What should I do if my book arrived damaged or incorrect?
That’s definitely frustrating, and we’d be happy to make it right. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible through our contact page.
Clearly explain the issue, and we’ll work on a suitable solution, such as a reprint if the error is on our end or the printer’s.
